| 4:30 | Concession Volunteers Arrive | Concessions Coordinator and 1st half concessions volunteers set up |
| 4:30 | Set Up Volunteers Arrive | Board Members, Coaches and Meet Set Up Volunteers set up benches, blocks, computer table, etc. Lifeguards will clear the deck. |
| 5:00 | Swimmer Check In | Swimmers check in with coaches, get relay information, meet directions and get ready for warm ups. Please make sure events are written on swimmer's arm. |
| 5:00 | Volunteers Check In | Volunteers check in with the Volunteer Coordinator for name tags and any information regarding their position. |

| 6:00 | Official Briefings | Timers meet at the Clerk of the Course. Strokes and Turns report to the shed. |
| 6:15 | Officials Report | Referee, Head Timer, Announcer, Clerk of Course, Starter and Table Workers |
| 6:20 | 1st Shift Volunteers Report | Runners, Timers, Hospitality, Mite parents report to their locations |

after 8 and under back stroke | 2nd half volunteers are called to switch with 1st half volunteers |

Meet Ends/Clean Up | Once the meet ends, 2nd half volunteers return equipment and close out their role. Clean up volunteers work with swim board and lifeguards to put the pool back in to non-meet set up. |
